[It is a pretty interesting room at least! There is a large cage for a small hummingbird in the corner, and on top of that cage is a snoozing Cyndaquil. On the walls and floor are a number of different circles scrawled in charcoal, some of them the runic circles of Asgard and others... not so much. There's also a glass hummingbird decorating a shelf along with a cute tea set, and various notebooks and tomes either shelved or stacked relatively neatly around the room.]

I'm doing well! I was just thinking of making some tea. Would you like some too, Doctor?

Oh, yes! Can't say no to tea.

[ The Cyndaquil catches his attention for the moment. ]

Is this what came from that egg of yours? How is the little bugger, what's his name?

Yes, that's right! His name is Fiery!

[She puts the electric kettle on as she speaks, having actually learned that they exist and marveled at their usefulness!]

He's doing well! But... he still sleeps a lot. I thought it was just part of being a baby, but it's been a while, so... I think he's just very sleepy.

[The little Cyndaquil gives a short squeak of a yawn, as if on cue.]

Oh, so this is Fiery! Of course it is. He's probably all right.

[ He tries petting its back with the tips of his fingers. ]

[Fiery continues to snooze away, which is probably good because if he woke up the Doctor might be nursing some burnt fingers about now.]

I think it's cute, though! And he does get very energetic in the mornings, so I know he's healthy.

I was a little worried that he wouldn't get along well with Kiri, too, but... They both always play nice together as well. I'm really glad!

[The bird gives a small flutter from inside its cage, its wings a blur. Hibiki just smiles, checking the kettle to see if it's ready yet.]

It was especially good during the winter, because then they cuddled a lot and kept each other warm.
